En este puesto, sus principales responsabilidades serán: Recopilar y preparar informes sobre ingresos, impuestos, deducciones, licencias, incapacidades y resúmenes de nómina. Asegurar que la empresa deduzca los impuestos a los empleados según lo establecido por la ley. Resolver discrepancias en la nómina. Asegurar que las operaciones de nómina se realicen de conformidad con las políticas y procedimientos. Apoyar el registro y la verificación de la aplicación de retenciones para créditos del INFONAVIT mediante los Avisos de Retención, Modificación y Suspensión de Descuentos. Registrar la solicitud de retenciones para créditos del FONACOT de acuerdo con el Aviso de Adiciones y Pagos, proporcionando la documentación de soporte para cualquier incidencia. Registrar las deducciones para préstamos del Fondo de Ahorro y generar los archivos del Fondo de Ahorro para aportaciones, préstamos y retiros. Calcular variables bimensuales, salarios integrados, pagos del IMSS/RCV/INFONAVIT y FONACOT, e impuesto estatal sobre nómina. Elaborar informes e integrar la información para auditorías internas y externas. Brindar atención a los empleados en relación con sus ingresos y/o deducciones de nómina. Calcular la participación en las ganancias y las bonificaciones. Apoyar en los cálculos de nómina semanales y quincenales según sea necesario. Requisitos: Licenciatura en contabilidad, administración o área afín, o experiencia equivalente. Experiencia comprobada en un puesto similar de al menos 3 años. Conocimiento de la legislación laboral (LFT, LISR, LIMSS, LINFONAVIT, etc.). Dominio del sistema Tress y facilidad para manejar sistemas adicionales. Se valora especialmente Oracle. Amplio conocimiento de SUA, plataformas IDSE, SIPARE, Escritorio Virtual del IMSS, INFONAVIT y FONACOT.
