Responsible for providing production support, managing engineering resources, the development and optimization of the production processes to increase efficiency, product quality and reduce product cost and time delivery through the continuous improvement process.
Supervise Process and/or Industrial engineers, technicians and others functions that assist in specific engineering tasks.
Assure accomplishment of KPI in the operation
Development and deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Effective communication within the departments
Quick and effective problem solving in the operation
Coordinate and organize the development and implementation of projects
Define strategies, resources and phases to accomplish the projects
Internal Auditor of Quality Management System (ISO 13485)
Coordinate and accomplish cost reduction projects by improving production processes efficiency
Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
Compliance with program 5's
Quality Management System
Process and Equipment Validations
Experiencia y requisitos
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL OR SIMILAR
4+ Years in Engineering or similar role/function
1+ Year in development and implementation of improvement systems
1+ Year in engineering management and supervision Lean Manufacturing, 5s / IS0 13485
ENGLISH: 90%
Office Windows: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. (ADVANCED)
AUTOCAD, SOLID WORKS, AS400
