The HR Shared Services Technitian is a key function in the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: On the one hand, processes requests from employees and managers, regarding life cycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences, among others.

Also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.


General Activities:

  • Processing requests from employees and managers on life-cycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences).
  • Documentation creation and distribution.
  • Customer interaction through chat and telephone related to HR services management events.
  • Highly communicative and executes precisely and effectively, creating trust with the team and customers (our employees).
  • Use your skills in People Services Delivery by supporting critical employee lifecycle functions, optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and acting as frontline support for our employees.
  • Takes initiative & works proactively & autonomously. Understands the expected outcome, gets the context, and then works entrepreneurially to get it done,

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Technitian or Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced English Level/ fluent in English speaking.
  • Must: Customer interaction habilities.
  • Must: Excellent customer services habilities oriented.
  • Desirable: Experience in the human resources area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation,
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously,
