Job Overview

The HR Chief / Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance with Mexican labor law. This role ensures the timely and effective execution of recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives. The position also supports compliance with social security,

health, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes across all organizational levels to maintain

authorized headcount Plan and execute headcount strategies aligned with business needs

Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll pre-processing

Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other governmental institutions (e.g., FONACOT)

Develop, update, and enforce internal employee handbooks and HR policies

Manage organizational development programs and employee training initiatives

Coordinate timely and efficient delivery of personnel services to all departments

Support the Health & Safety department in labor-related aspects

Foster positive labor relations and serve as a point of contact for labor compliance matters

Maintain accurate HR recordsand reporting systems

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including supervisory roles

Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and internal policy compliance

Experience with HR management systems; TRESS 

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

English proficiency (minimum 85%)
