Responsible for Legal and Customs Compliance under the IMMEX program.
In charge of foreign trade operations for import and export by air, sea, or land.
Responsible for the control and review of Annexes 24 and 30 (Inventory Control).
In charge of reviewing and managing accounts, as well as hiring Customs Brokers and Carriers. Responsible for Fixed Asset control at the plant.
Management of bids for transportation and customs brokers.
Liaison with internal clients and suppliers to ensure customs compliance for imports and exports.
Responsible for compliance with certifications and customs regulations.
In charge of maintaining an auditable customs file.
Responsible for verifying Certificates of Origin.

Experiencia y requisitos

Proven experience in importing/exporting steel or metal. Metalmechanic industry experience
Educational background in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Legal and customs compliance related to IMMEX, Certificates of Origin, and auditable customs files.
Familiarity with Annex 24 and 30 (Inventory Control).
Coordinate with customs brokers and carriers, including on contractual matters.
Knowledge of IVA-IEPS certifications, CTPAT, and the IMMEX program. Strong understanding of Annex 22.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Be available for travel, and currently reside in Mexicali.
