Jr. Maintenance Manager

Responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of all facilities while implementing a world-class preventive maintenance program. Coordinate with various departments to maintain operational efficiency and support improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of all Building III facilities to ensure zero downtime.

• Prioritize safety and well-maintained electrical building facilities.

• Implement a preventive maintenance plan for building facilities and support automation teams with effective plans for manufacturing machinery.

• Control inventory of spare parts, ensuring accuracy and managing excess.

• Standardize best practices for maintenance operations.

• Support business units with building improvement projects and new manufacturing equipment installations.

• Identify cost reduction opportunities in building and machinery expenses.

• Coordinate maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, hydraulic, and fire protection systems.

• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers in accordance with company policies.
