Oversees and/or performs NPI site wide overall Materials & Customer Service activities, critical for the NPI short to long term operations performance, it is also responsible for the NPI New Launches Materials management, creating a MOS with NPI Buyers and ensure to get the material on time for NPI Launch building. Responsible to set orders in SAP for raw material, components for new customer, and subcontracting orders. Key Role to have the Clear to Build for each customer order on time.
- Manage materials, labels and packaging need it to execute the NPI event and confirm clear to build for the requested date.
- Procure materials through Vendor Scheduler, Commodity buyer, and NPI Buyer
- Notify to receiving inspection and warehouse the NPI materials arrivals every week
- Weekly review of the availability dates for pick up and delivery
- Develop Stock Evolution for each part number in Phase Out
- Get TN for follow up and ATE update requests.
- Good Receive for NPI components
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree
- +2 years’ experience in similar role
- Key user on SAP for MM and PP modules
- Extensive experience in international buys and inventory control, vendor scheduling, and production planning
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems related to purchasing, materials planning and project management
- Six Sigma Green-belt, (preferred).
- Knowledge in problem solving, quality tools (i.e., 8D’s, Fishbone, 5Y’s).
- Proven Negotiation Skills
- English (advanced)
