Payroll Analyst

Accountable for execute all the required processes to ensure the timely and accurate payment to all the company employees in compliance with the Mexican government regulations and policies.

Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees Initiate payments timely through the bank payment system.

Calculate pay according to days worked, incorporating leaves and overtime, and calculate PTU & bonuses when appropriate.

IMSS modification, attention to IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements, management of variables and permanent authorization process.

Medical services reconciliation (SUA) Assist with month, quarter & year-end closing.

Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

Prepare analysis of accounts as requested Print and issue pay slips in compliance with Mexican SAT Regulations Obtain Payroll employee bank accounts and food coupons cards Orden flyers and new employee orientation Attention to employee inquiries.
