This position is responsible for Production Control, Shipping & Receiving and Purchasing
• Analyze Demand for 24-month period
• Capacity and Performance Analysis • Daily Output Report • Inventory corrections
• Performance key indicator definition and update • Priorities definition
• Review Aging of orders • Perform as escalation and contention for all customer delivery performance issues
• Lead the transformation of the Customer Service team to better support and effectively manage all customers
• Actively participate in Policy Deployment Projects
• Define and communicate prioritization for customer critical parts a/o critical processes
• Support delivery performance recovery activities for all customers
• Manage the Customer Service Team: Account distribution, X-training, standardization (LSW/MOS), DOA, etc
• Develop and implement plans to burndown past dues with critical customers
• Work with fellow Staff Members to secure best practices and support to the Site operations
• Set/execute plan to improve spending controls in OSP Expedited Fees and Premium Freight
• Actively involvement in quoting expedite fees to customers
• OSP Metrics, Report.
• Inventory receiving/monitoring. Analyzes data related to MRO inventory activity.
Experiencia y requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations or other related degree is required. Minimum of 10 years’ progressive operations leadership experience in complex machining/manufacturing is required.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing is highly preferred.
