- Coordinate the group of Quality Engineers to ensure the quality of the product shipped to the customer.
- Follow up on customer notifications, complains and warranties, responding in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the verification of corrective, preventive or improvement actions established in this area throught the personal in charge.
- Actively participate in the development and monitoring of APQP and new projects.
- Develop work plans for the group in charge and review performance metrics established by management on a weekly basis.
Experiencia y requisitos
- 3 to 5 years in manufacturing engineering, quality or similar positions.
- Experience in industrial tooling and general knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Experience in engineering changes, team coordination and management of high scope projects.
- Statistical tools for data analysis and problem solving.
