Receptionist
Office orchestrator wanted. Are you a meticulous multitasker? Then you belong at Uline! As a Bilingual Receptionist, you’ll support office operations at our Mexicali branch as we continue to grow as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. It’s an exciting time to join Uline!
Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
Position Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
- Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.
- Order office and department supplies.
- Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.
Experiencia y requisitos
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- 2 - 3 years of related receptionist experience with excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
