- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that ensure product availability.
- Manage and execute improvement initiatives in logistics and distribution processes to improve efficiency and team performance.
- Warehouse efficiency improvement projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand product needs and demands.
- Supervise inventory management and coordinate the efficient supply of products.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent excesses and shortages.
- Support the implementation of new distribution centers and related systems, processes and equipment.
- Coordinate the efficient distribution of finish good through appropriate channels.
- Maintain processes and requirements requested in CTPAT certification.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse management in industrial sector.
- Extensive experience in direct-to-customer shipping processes.
- Development and management of improvement initiatives in logistics and distribution processes to improve efficiency.
- CTPAT certification experience.
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
