Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workspace and environment.

Develop and implement maintenance programs for equipment.

improvements to existing automation in mechanical assembly, machining and inspection processes

Manage equipment purchase and installation.

Provide technical support to assigned team

Develop systems and layouts that follow lean manufacturing philosophies of one-piece flow and kanban, with emphasis on mistake proofing.

Arranges for maintenance of adequate level of spare parts so that there will be no interruption in operations due to shortages.

Provide training and guidance to all employee levels in the operation and maintenance of new equipment.

Initiates, reviews, masters, and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.

Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling, or safeguarding high hazard process.

Meet and drive equipment OEE and Uptime .

In collaboration with Process Engineering drive RTY, FPY and Scrap metric health and improvements.

Ensures a strategy is in place to anticipates asset end-of-life, obsolescence and replacement requirements, without compromising asset performance and cost competitiveness. Ensures timely stakeholder awareness for capital planning purposes
