• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
• Manages professionals and/or supervisors, and supervises large teams of technical support personnel, and shipping personnel.
• Responsible for the results of the personnel in charge.
• Defines the standards by which the team operates and ensures that essential procedures are followed
• Makes decisions and solves problems under certain guidelines related to policies, procedures and business plans, receives guidance from the manager.
• Provides technical guidance to employees.
• Has limited authority, sets performance goals, conducts performance reviews, and recommends compensation actions.
• Establishes the necessary actions to meet the objectives of the department.
• Makes sure to monitor the indicators of the processes under his responsibility.
• Maintains a continuous analysis of the personnel structure, recommending adjustments based on the analysis of the capacities of the different areas.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Completed bachelor's degree
• ENGLISH 80% essential
• 3 years of experience ESSENTIAL in the position of Warehouse Coordinator or Superintendent in the manufacturing industry
• Training in Stock and Warehouse Management
• Logistics Training
• Evaluations, Metrics, Goals, Productivity, OT, personnel management, PTO's, etc.
• Experience in: Personnel control, managing the team, prioritizing security, leading reception and dispatch, Inventory control, optimizing space, planning logistics strategy.
• Work within agreed budgets, and plan and prioritize work.
