Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will be directly responsible for people and processes of a designated warehouse operations process area. This position Will develop and improve processes using lean manufacturing techniques.

This leader will provide team building, goal setting, and change management.

• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements into teams •Oversee and drive continuous process and cost improvement in designated area.

• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.

• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.

• Inform warehouse manager about personnel, process, and material concerns.

• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.

• Responsible for the overall operations management of an assigned area. •Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.

• Determines the resources and skills needed for the designated area to meet department objectives

• Perform other duties as necessary or as requested by manager
