Production Manager (Aerospace or Medical Exp)

Looking for a strong hands-on Production Manager who can develop into a Plant Manager to oversee a manufacturing Plant, reporting to the VP of Operations. 

This position :

• Oversee daily production activities
• Works directly with production to ensure production and quality requirements are met
• Plans and establishes work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity
• Ensures the manufacture of completed units by overseeing assembly, installation, and testing activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Promotes safe work practices and contributes to the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
• Promote lean manufacturing
• Analyzes issues, anticipates and resolves problems, recommends improvements, and implements required change.
• Track and report performance to KPIs
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Integrate advanced technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned
