Control Engineer

This is an Advanced Control Engineering Position specializing in the design of Custom Air Handling Equipment. Provide on-going product engineering and applications support for controls on Custom HVAC applications. Immediate focus of position is on applications of controls on special AHU designs and applications of control logic to new technologies and energy codes. Responsibilities include Marketing, Technical Service, Operations, product support, standard product enhancements and cost reductions and team participation in support of product development programs.

• Create single line control schematics in EPLAN. 
• Generate control enclosure back-panel drawings using EPLAN
• Perform calculations for sizing wire and conduit
• Program AHU control system logic and graphics
• Create Bill of Materials from schematic design
• Participates in special projects with other teams.
• Work with vendors and drafting to produce PID & General Arrangement drawings
• Ability to travel to support vendor testing and site troubleshooting
• Analyze complex engineering problems and offer effective resolutions
• Interact with all engineering disciplines, construction project managers, and clients
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed
