Develop, validate, and optimize ICT programs (Test plans) using the Keysight 3070 platform.
Design and debug test fixtures in collaboration with external vendors.
Analyze and improve test coverage, fault isolation, and test cycle time.
Conduct DFT (Design for Testability) reviews and provide feedback to design engineers.
Document test procedures, test coverage reports, and engineering change logs.
Mentor junior ICT Engineers and support cross-functional training initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.
Provides research and development for new methods of testing and utilizing automated test equipment.
Define validation protocols, document Test System Analysis (TSA).
Integrate device programing within ICT fixture hardware and test plan.
Support Technical project managers in test development projects quoting estimates.

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experiencewith Keysight HP3070 ICT systems, including test program development, fixture validation.
Deep understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design and testing.
Proficient in test development tools such as Board ,Test , and Fixture Consultant.
Strong experience with PushButton Debug, and test coverage analysis.
Proven ability to optimize test strategies for yield, coverage, and cycle time.
Experience with DFT (Design for Testability) reviews and feedback to design teams using software analysis tools such as Testsight.
Experience with ICT development projects including but not limited to boundary scan (JTAG), functional test, and flying probe systems.
Knowledge of fixture design principles, including vacuum and clamshell fixtures.
Experience integrating to automated test data analysis and SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools.
Experience integrating data collection formats with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Perl scripting.
Excellent in-circuit test troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple test development projects.
Experience working with advanced technologies (Digital testing, Boundary Scan, ISP, embedded test, flash
programming, etc.).
Familiar with board strain analysis techniques and implementation.
