Engineering Manager - Otay

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee the implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing engineering projects, developing manufacturing processes, and supervising engineering teams.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure achievement of company objectives and goals.

2. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

3. Manage engineering projects from conceptualization to implementation.

4. Oversee the creation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.

6. Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and operations.

7. Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.

8. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations.

• Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in the manufacturing industry

2. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

3. Experience with project management tools

4. Certifications in engineering and manufacturing (PMP, CMRP, etc.).
