- Work with senior management and plant finance teams to manage the forecasting process for the various business segments, including full ownership of managing the division functional budgets.
- Work with company market leaders as the primary finance point of contact. Assist with managing key financial and operational drivers of performance. Review results with division FP&A team and provide analysis of variances.
- Support major company initiatives such as capital investments, M&A and manufacturing footprint rationalization by providing financial analysis.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain scorecards to monitor the business specifically regarding productivity, profitability, and resource management.
- Proactively monitor sales and gross margins by market, product segment and customer to identify risks & opportunities versus plan and forecast through internal analysis as well as active business partner engagement.
- Automate reporting and deploy interactive dashboards from which actions can be taken.
Experiencia y requisitos
This position is responsible to submit all financial statements of the company as well as the EBITDA calculation in monthly basis. Also, this position handles the forecast process and its accurate calculation and analysis.
- GL (general ledger) accounting/finance experience.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the accounting and finance functions, including the development and management of internal financial reports.
- Deal with large volumes of data using Excel or Business Intelligence software such as Power BI/Tableau/Python, etc.
- Cross-functional or consolidation experience is a plus.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Public Accountant degree or similar (finance administration or financial engineering).
- Minimum accounting or financial experience 3 years
- Office knowledge, Excel proficiency, any ERP system management experience.
- Ability in accounting reports, detail oriented, teamwork
- English conversational level
