IE Engineer Weekend night shift

Practical Manufacturing Experience:

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understand the limitations of assembly lines, human requirements for safety and environmental issues, and practical analytical skills to assess and resolve production issues.
• Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in the electronics or consumer ·  electronics industry.
• Familiarity with the specific processes and challenges of TV manufacturing to optimize production and ensure quality.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, such as AutoCAD, for creating detailed design images, schematics or process layout. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment is also essential.

Process Improvement:

• Experience in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
• Designing and implementing new processes, equipment, and systems.

Project Management:

• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor production processes, ensuring that production targets are met and resources are used efficiently.
• Quality Control: Experience in quality control and assurance to ensure that the final products meet the required standards and specifications.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Ability to work closely with other engineers, production staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
