Import Export Specialist

Overview of Role: Perform departmental activities, analyze improvements and provide support to co-workers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Elaboration and follow-up of imports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, etc.),

• Change of Regime, rectification and validation of applicable taxes.

• Elaboration and follow-up of Exports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, Inbound, rectifications, sec. 321, FDA, etc.)

• Follow-up of national and Inbound shipments and notification of the status of imports.

• Inventory control, management and tracking of inbound and outbound materials in warehouse (US) for imports.

• Fixed asset inventory control (both physical) and digital audits.

• Attention and support to foreign trade bureau audits with focus on assets and documents.

• BOMS Analysis

• Analysis of scrap for export and scrap with change of regime (“F4 key”).

• Follow up of requirements to shipments detained by the FDA

• Analysis of waste generated from production processes
