Import-Export Supervisor

General Objective:

Responsible for managing and coordinating all operations related to the international transportation of goods. Their role is key to ensuring that foreign trade activities are carried out efficiently, complying with international regulations and standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the operations of the logistics and accounts team.
• E-Commerce (B2B and B2C) ensuring logistics coordination for the compliance of the operation.
• Provide solutions to clients in the event of any incident in the operation.
• Coordinate daily programming for compliance with
• Operation based on the delivery plan and according to resources.
• Coordinate compliance with the sending of information to internal and external suppliers about any inherent changes that may put the operation at risk.
• Manage team training and coordination of activities.
• Ensure the execution of the annual training plan.
• Execute necessary actions and countermeasures to avoid interruptions in the operation based on the risk analysis.
• Responsible for monitoring catalog and balances with external supplier of Annex 24
