PE-SFIS Engineer weekend night shift

PE-SFIS Engineer is responsible to setup and maintain SFIS system in order to validate parts and collect related data during the production process of our products and recover data for quality traceability and Production Efficiency. Prepare equipment for new model introduction, and implement Design

Engineering changes. Prepare and maintain all equipment in operational and safe conditions for users. Support production line to minimize line stoppage

1. Resolve database problems management using oracle tools and commands.

2. Apply Oracle knowledge to perform: installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

3. Resolve problems with controllers terminals, Scanners, Printers, Network configure installation, RFID.

4. UTP construction cable for devices like PC and other devices.

5. PC installation and configuration over a network.

6. Server Administration, drivers, OS, special tools or software installations.

7. Develop Reports from the application base on demand from Managers or supervisors for decision making.

8. Coordinate with IE/PE for new requirements, new for applications. Apply new modifications Behaviors to the applications.

9. Document and keep record of all modifications in applications.

10. Equipment control and repair for PC, DCT, mouse, scanners-Inventory control.

11. Perform daily check of devices to guarantee correct operation.

12. Minimize downtime caused by equipment.

13. Problem root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

14. Follow Energy Saving, recycle, conservation and waste prevention programs.

15. Over Time Prevention, plan job.

16. Employee Safety, follow established procedures.

17. Environmental Conservation, follow programs to reduce or eliminate contamination.
