• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer inquiries.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Availability to commit to the internship duration and schedule.
