Product Engineer

Documents the Design and Fabrication of custom air handler units meeting the requirements and necessities of the client. 

1.- Possesses basic knowledge of sheet metal construction.

2.- Reviews sheet metal submittal package drawings.

3.- Analyzes work and process requirements required to perform specific sheet metal assembly task. 

4.- From these analysis, Develops work instructions required to safely and efficiently complete the task.

5.- Works with Quality Control and Engineering to maintain the work instructions.

6.- Supports Process Engineering through ongoing collaboration of facilities infrastructure improvement projects.

7.- Communicates directly with Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing and Operations.

8.- Generates documents and instructions to support the processes required to manufacture custom HVAC equipment solutions..

9.- Creates drawings and details using AutoCAD software.
