What you’ll do:

• Manage the resources provided to satisfy and accomplish the client requirements (internal and/or external) on time, quantity, quality and continuous improvement.

• Manage department focus on the Security, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Moral. 

• Follow up and implementation of the Corporative standards in the manufacturing and related areas. 100% adherence to the production plan considering low cost and quality for accomplishment.

• Develop and coach their team work to fulfill goals and objectives established in the manufacturing area. 

• Promote teamwork and good communication skills to the department and other team members. 

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects in the department. 

• Responsible of new launch start up runs.
