Production Supervisor

Overview of Role:

The production supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the production floor. They oversee a team of workers, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This role involves planning and organizing production schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that products meet quality standards

What you will do:

• Efficient day to day operation of the production area 

• Overseeing and managing the performance of Team Leaders and Production Operatives to achieve targets in areas of safety, quality, productivity and improvement. 

• Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure production schedules and targets are met. 

• Carrying out regular 1:1s and bi-annual appraisals with Team Leaders, reviewing performance to target and providing clear and structured feedback. 

• Managing performance and behavior issues 

• Countermeasure operational problems related to safety, quality and productivity.
