As a RAN Automation Engineer, you will join the global team of product delivery experts in the Mobile Network Automation domain to meet and exceed the exciting challenges of rapidly evolving mobile networks.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant wireless experience.
- Understanding of RAN, preferably with the following: Performance monitoring, Optimization techniques, Network structure, Interfaces, Provisioning, etc.
- Hands on experience in the following systems/tools: OSS (multivendor), Mapping-info tools, Windows, Linux, Excel, My SQL, Vertica, Mongo DB
- Experience with Optimization and Multiband tuning with multi technologies on multi vendors' equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung).
- Excellent service-driven, customer-focused skills
- Experience in building strong relationships with customers’ technical teams.
Experiencia y requisitos
Preferable:
- Knowledge of a scientific computing language (such as Python, JavaScript)
- Experience in the Network Automation/SON domains
- Experience proposing post-launch optimization changes and tracking improvements towards target KPIs
Personal skills:
- Ability to work independently and with a team demonstrating a team player spirit.
- Technical and hands-on orientation, able to learn new engineering fields quickly.
