Senior Warehouse Supervisor

·        Execute and follow up the raw material issuances to the shop floor according to the production plan with the aim of meeting OTD and Sales.

·        Ensure the complete execution of the flow material documented procedure by the staff of the area.

·        Keeping the correct entry to the system for the correct location in the warehouse.

·        Supervises that the order and cleanliness of the warehouse areas is maintained.

·        Supervise the personnel in the warehouse, receiving and Shipping area.

·        Support to the physical inventory as required.

·        Comply with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

·        Ensure the execution of the Material Handling documented procedures

·        Oversee the activities for the forklift drivers and material handlers from the warehouse area.

·        Comply with the raw material receipt procedure.

·        Supervise that deadlines are met.

·        Supervise that the raw material, finished product and WIP are entered in a timely manner to the warehouse.

·        Inventory control of quarantine and MRB locations.

·        Monitor shipments to local suppliers.

·        Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, housekeeping

·        Stock and monitor Non-Inventory Items.

·        Keeps track of inventory of Non-Inventory Items in the warehouse and orders when required.

·        Make approved inventory adjustments in the system when required

·        Participate in projects that are related to the KPIs of the plant.

·        Schedule and oversee the warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

·        Ensure the delivery of documentation to the carrier and placement of locks on the doors. Comply with the security protocol for shipments to the United States.

·        Prepare the evidence (photos) of the final product before it is shipped.

·        Monitor the ERP daily to prepare all new Sales Orders and meet the required date.

·        Overseas the assortment of sales orders and assembly orders

·        Prepare export shipments to the USA.
