Sr Production Manager (specialized in the automotive industry)

Plans, organizes and control productive activities, in order to ensure that the production of products meets customer requirements in terms of volume, quality and cost, within established times and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitors and communicates compliance with Production indicators to senior management.
2. Monitor production waste.
3. Ensures that the product meets the client's standards (quality) 
4. Create Indicators of the established objectives.
5. Responsible for applying the code of ethics and business conduct and ensuring following the guidelines of a socially responsible and inclusive company.

AUTHORITY

1. Manages resources to guarantee compliance with the production plan established by the company.
2. Authority to stop any process in case of safety or environmental risks

Plans, executes and manages the production schedule through production leaders and supervisors, confirms commitment dates together with the planner. promotes compliance with standards, procedures and programs regarding the environment, safety, hygiene and health, such as elimination of special handling waste, electricity savings, water savings, etc.

Ensure product quality in process lines in accordance with customer specifications and applicable regulations.
