Description Job:

• Advanced skills and expertise to design, analyze, and oversee the development of mechanical systems and products.
• Proficient in creating detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo….).
• Development of innovative solutions for mechanical systems, assemblies, and components.
• Able to conduct structural, thermal analysis using CAD tools.
• Performs stress, fatigue, and tolerance analyses to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
• Expertise in selecting materials based on mechanical properties, cost, and environmental factors.
• Knowledge of metals, composites, polymers, and advanced materials.
• Oversees the creation of prototypes and validates designs through physical or virtual testing.
• Identifies and resolves design flaws before production.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing.
• Designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
• Capable of leading cross-functional teams in the design and development phases.
• Develops project timelines, monitors progress and ensures adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Able to coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Capability to analyze and resolve complex mechanical and design challenges efficiently.
• Familiar with industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME, ASTM).
• Expertise in areas like automotive, robotics, medical devices, consumer electronics.
• Ability to approach problems systematically and make data-driven decisions.
• Effectively communicates complex ideas and design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stays updated with emerging technologies and adapts to new tools, techniques, and industry trends.
• Ensures accuracy and precision in designs and documentation.
