Test Engineer

Supervise, establish and develop the functionality testing procedures of the products , auditing and releasing the manufactured product within the plant, developing and implementing reliable capacity and efficiency testing software with robust hardware equipment in the Psychometric Laboratory, ensuring that the test processes are maintained in optimal conditions

1. Design, define and implement new methods, procedures, controls and test equipment, investigating product times, conflicts and processes, developing new test sequences based on product specifications, as well as analyzing warranty reports and test results, in order to improve final assembly times and reduce risks of line shutdowns due to misinformation, In this way, it is possible to manufacture a quality product, which allows the elimination of field failures of the different units built in the company.
2. Ensure the standardization of the test equipment, assigning color codes to the wiring, selecting the same leaks in pattern, as well as using the same database for the entire product and software, in order to facilitate the work of the operator and streamline the assembly processes within the production line and deliver a quality product.
3. Train technical (QTT) and operational personnel,supporting the training area through the delivery of training courses in the electrical and testing area, in order to have certified, updated and qualified personnel, which allows the optimal development of the functions of the position.
4. Plan the preventive maintenance processes of the Psychometric Laboratory, determining the frequency of use and the importance of each instrument or device used, as well as establishing routine inspections, to ensure the optimal operation of the Psychometric Laboratory and avoid unplanned work stoppages.
