Electronic Engineer (EE)- Section Manager (w)

We are seeking a Section Manager – Electronic Engineering (EE) to lead and support technical and operational activities within our electronics production and repair unit. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in mechanical or mechatronics engineering and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead and manage a team responsible for the repair, analysis, and improvement of electronic products.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems across production equipment and repair stations.
• Analyze and resolve test failures and other performance issues, providing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with production and quality departments to increase yield rates and reduce defect rates.
• Investigate and address engineering and quality issues reported by customers or identified within production.
• Provide technical leadership and training to engineering and production teams.
• Manage and verify ECN/ECR processes, ensuring successful integration of firmware and hardware changes into manufacturing.
• NUDD/DFX/PFMEA evaluation during the new product introduction (NPI) stage.
