Electronics Repair Engineer - Section Manager (w)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Section Manager – Repair to lead our electronics repair team, focusing on the maintenance and assembly of notebook computers (NB) and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, paired with leadership experience in electronics repair and sub-product maintenance.

• Lead and supervise repair operations for NB/mobile devices, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure daily productivity, safety, and repair quality targets are met.
• Oversee the maintenance and replacement of sub-products and components, following company and industry standards.
• Utilize and train staff on maintenance tools such as multimeters and electric screwdrivers.
• Monitor repair processes and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce rework.
• Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, failures, and replacements.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure team members comply with company policies and repair protocols.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
