ISO Coordinator

Job Duties:

· Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), staying abreast of requirements.

· Leads internal QMS audits, ensuring our systems and products meet compliance. Prepares yearly QMS audit schedule. Schedules and leads quarterly management review meetings.

· Coordinates external QMS audits. Leads initiatives to ensure adequate preparation. Participates in external audits. Ensures effective and timely closure of audit findings.

· Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.

· Manages all controlled documents in our system. Distribute controlled documents.

· Manages corrective action/preventative action reports. Ensures timely closure for assigned actions.

· Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Tracks data and trends related to ISO/quality objectives and targets.

· Ensures timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.

· Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

· Follow all policies and procedures.
