Oversee quality inspections at every stage of production, ensuring adherence to standards.
Verify that packaging, labeling, and shipping meet customer requirements.
Ensure employees follow proper procedures and provide training where necessary.
Meeting quality standards for customer approvals for samples and production.
Conduct final inspections before white glove orders are shipped to customers.
Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Lead quality assurance initiatives, including documentation and process audits.
Stay updated on industry standards and compliance regulations (ISO, OSHA).
Participate in quality improvement projects, continuous improvement projects and staff training programs.

Experiencia y requisitos

Strong knowledge of print processes and quality control standards.
Experience in the apparel industry and retailer certification processes.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously.
Keen eye for detecting misprints, defects, and damages.
Quick decision-making skills to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with production teams and leadership and communicate to the customer.
Familiarity with technology, including MS Office, ERP systems, and data management.
Ability to travel as needed to monitor quality across various facilities.
