Creating customer projects using a standard structure ( Sap System)
Loading budgets
Review and release budget supplements
Creating WBS Elements for tools and capital equipment
Review and approve Purchase Requisitions
Ensure correct and timely collection of actual costs on projects
Charge internal hours to projects monthly
Ensuring all relevant Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are maintained in PS on a timely basis
Support business case calculations,annual budget, and quarterly forecast

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor’s Degree in Business; Finance or Administration Major preferred
More than 8 years of experience in Budgets structures for Projects and product development in the Automotive Industry
English Advanced ( the position reports directly to USA)
Excellent Knowledge of SAP (CO, PS, SD, BW)
Advanced Excel Skills and experience in Microsoft Office products
Organization, prioritization, problem solving, and time management skills
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential
Ability to be a team player and work under pressure.
