Profile: The ideal candidate must drive high commitment to results, analytical tools that improve the global customer support experience at fast pace. Design and planning skills are necessary to scope and plant development work in order to meet business objectives. Strong quality process management and project management skills, as well as thorough understanding of technology, with exceptional interpersonal skills. Knowledge/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related field, along with 3+ years of progressively responsible Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment preferably within maquiladora manufacturing companies or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ Years Quality Assurance/Quality Control Experience • 3+ Experience managing inspectors, first article, in-process, final, receiving inspection, gage control, calibration, SPC and data collections. • Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite is an asset. • Good working knowledge of ISO:9001 standards • Working knowledge of SPC(Statistical Process Control) Skill and Abilities: • Deal effectively with pressure and maintain focus and intensity while remaining optimistic and persistent, even under adversity • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames as well as adapt to constantly changing work environment and product content • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and disagreements in a positive and constructive manner to minimize negative impact Ability to understand and meet the diverse backgrounds of customer’s needs and global business • Strong communication, analytical, lateral thinking, planning and problem solving skills. • 5+ in project management.
