Position Requirements - Education, Knowledge, Years of Experience, etc. Able to speak, understand, and write English and Spanish at a B2 or higher level. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA , or equivalent, a plus 2-4 years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of ERP systems, report writing tools, advanced Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Solid understanding of the core elements in a standard cost system and the ability to construct and analyze the standard costs of our products. Strong problem-solving skills and experience, ability to work both independently and as a team.
