B.A. or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills to facilitate effective communication, in English and Spanish. Practical knowledge in managing permits, registrations, and licenses from municipal, state, and federal authorities (STPS, SPA, SEMARNAT, etc.). Experience in personnel management and high response capacity in crisis situations. Experience in budget management, preparation and control of maintenance budgets, resource optimization, and cost reduction. Experience in the management, planning, and execution of facility improvement projects and in the coordination of contractors and suppliers.
