• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. • 5+ years leading work teams and promoting team members development. • 5+ years' experience in regulated industries (Automotive, Aerospace or Medical). • Understanding of aerospace industry standards such as AS9100, National Aerospace Standards, SAE, US mil-standards, ISO9001, Nadcap, etc. • Experience with OEM (Airbus, Boeing, Bell Helicopter, Sikorsky Helicopter, Lockheed Martin, etc.) supplier quality and certification requirements. • Six Sigma Green Belt+ Certification preferred. • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. • Experience reviewing specifications for products or processes. • Experience setting requirements for products from suppliers and monitor their compliance. • Experience supervising teams: inspectors, technicians, engineers and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. • Experience keeping accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. • Constantly looking for improvement opportunities and develop new efficient procedures. • Conscientious and responsible, excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Outstanding communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office • In depth understanding of quality control procedures. • Superior interpersonal skills, delivers information clearly and factually.
