Continuous Improvement Manager

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION Education - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, math or related technical area. Experience - 5 + years’ experience in management Master Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma (or equivalent expertise)· Foreign Language – Spanish/English fluency required. Expertise in standard costing, inventory control, variance analysis & financial reporting Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong understanding of the balance sheet and P&L statement in regards to reconciliations, accruals and journal entries for ME close. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible.
