What You Need Bachelor degree Diploma and 3+ years of logistics/shipping experience Good working knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and material handling procedures and practices Good understanding of international trade and logistics practices, compliance requirements Experience with SAP ERP system, preferably with S4 HANA High level of accuracy in managing data and documentation English – excellent verbal and written skills, including logistics professional terms Good communication skills, ability to work across organizational boundaries, external service providers and contacts in other countries and time zones Ability to perform a variety of one-off and repeated tasks in a continuous operations environment Process mindset: ability to map, document, analyze and improve operational procedures Technology mindset: seeks and applies latest available tools in data management, visualization, online collaboration Change mindset: continuously seeks areas of improvement, takes ownership of process change initiatives Team mindset: identifies allies across functions and forms ad-hoc squads to tackle business challenges
