Qualifications you most have: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years in CNC programming and process engineering, preferably in aerospace or other high-precision industries. Proficiency in CATIA Manufacturing, VERICUT simulation, iCAM post-processing, and strong G-code skills. Ability to program and optimize 5-axis mills, 3-axis lathes, 5-axis routers, and 5-axis laser systems. Expertise in developing cutting strategies for aluminum, Inconel, and titanium alloys. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications, and to adapt processes to floor conditions. Experience in establishing in-process and final inspection points; ability to operate CMMs and precision gauges; capable of performing self-audits. Leadership in Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, SMED events, PFMEA, and process capacity improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective time management; clear cross-functional communication.
