Position shift: • Day shift The profile of the engineer must be: Mechanical Engineer Electronic Engineer Aerospace Engineer Industrial Engineer Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or University in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Aerospace Engineering discipline. Strong Mechanical and Industrial Engineering background, working on solving complex material, design for manufacturability and process issues. Over 5+ years of experience leading product, process, project, manufacturing or quality engineering teams. Minimum of three years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with knowledge of the following processes/techniques: Welding process, Soldering, electromechanical assemblies. General understanding of communications protocols (MIL-STD-, ASM, NADCAP, GD&T (YM14.5)). Experience to lead savings project, transfer lines and NPI. Understanding of process capability, statistical analysis and design of experiments Excellent written and oral communication skills. English fluency is required Skills in CAD, Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio. Expected to travel domestically and internationally with short notice on occasions up to 25% of the time.
