Demonstrated experience with Project management tools. Must be able to function and lead in a team environment. Proven skills working with cross-functional teams. Effective communication and negotiation skills; situational leadership and emotional intelligence required to apply skillsets in multiple environments and with diverse teams. Outstanding verbal and presentation communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project. Valid Visa to enter the United States. Daily work location is Tijuana, BC, MX. Desired Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification, or CAPM certification with PM experience. Solid past performance as an Engineering Team Lead or Project Manager. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Knowledgeable of the Change Management Process. Has participated in at least two complete Product development cycles from design to launch. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience with agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with FDA, QSR, and ISO 13485 medical device regulations and standards.
