Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer inquiries. Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
