RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES Gestión de Materiales: Supervisar la entrega y recepción de materiales, asegurando que la documentación (remisiones y pedidos) esté completa y sea precisa. Planeación de Materiales: Planificar la distribución de materiales en función de las necesidades de producción y asegurar que los recursos estén disponibles a tiempo para evitar retrasos. Acomodo y Organización: Supervisar el acomodo adecuado de los materiales en el almacén y garantizar que se sigan los procedimientos establecidos para mantener el orden y la eficiencia. Control de Horarios: Monitorear que el personal a cargo cumpla con los horarios establecidos para el inicio y término de jornada. Cumplimiento de Seguridad: Velar por el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad y garantizar que el personal use el equipo de protección adecuado (guantes, lentes, botas, cubrebocas). Gestión del Personal: Atender y resolver las necesidades del personal a cargo, aplicando medidas disciplinarias cuando sea necesario (amonestaciones verbales o escritas, suspensiones, etc.). . Reporte de Anomalías: Reportar cualquier irregularidad, falla o rumor a la Gerencia de manera oportuna. Confidencialidad: Mantener la confidencialidad de la información relacionada con la empresa y sus operaciones. Cumplimiento de Normativas ISO: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión ISO 9001 e ISO 14001 dentro del área de materiales. REQUISITOS Y HABILIDADES Certificado de comprador/planificador o equivalente de la universidad o escuela técnica. De 5 a 10 años de experiencia en fabricación con enfoque en la compra y el pedido de suministros. Inglés avanzado. Capacidad para trabajar bajo normativas ISO 9001 e ISO 14001. Habilidad para realizar inventarios y reconciliar existencias. Competencias en la gestión de personal y la aplicación de medidas disciplinarias. Conocimiento en el uso de sistemas de gestión (File-Maker Pro, MasterControl,Oracle, KBM).
