Legal and Trade Compliance Manager

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Law, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in customs compliance, strongly emphasizing Mexican regulations and manufacturing operations. • Expert knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, T-MEC/USMCA, IMMEX, and PROSEC programs. • Experience managing interactions with customs brokers, authorities, and government agencies. • Proven ability to lead audits and mitigate customs-related risks in complex supply chains. • Bilingual: Spanish and English (advanced proficiency required). • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred • Experience in a multinational manufacturing company. • Working knowledge of ERP and trade management systems (SAP GTS, etc.).
